Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable if a cancellation request is received 21 days or more prior to the event. Because of the commitments and expenses associated with hosting the Congress, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 21 days of the event. Registration may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from the event organizers.
